Even though we didn´t know Phil well, he was still one of my favorite people in the bluffs. He was always so enjoyable to visit with, and would drop anything to lend a helping hand. My deepest condolences to his family. We have lost a wonderful man.

Phil was a great friend and made the Bluff condos in Sun Valley a community of friends. He will be missed by many and we have many great memories of Phil. I wish his family the best in dealing with this loss.
