I lost touch with Phil and all my "Ochoa" cousins when I got married in l966. I do wish to let you know that I will always remember fondly the wonderful family visits we had. We were impressed by Phil's love of his work with the kids, and his huge smile. Once we saw him at a party while he was on vacation, and he mentioned that he could not wait to get back to work. Gail and April, you are in our prayers.

My heartfelt condolences to all of Phil's family. He was a good man and he has left a memorable impression on all who had the good fortune to know him. When I think of him I remember his smile, his laugh - he was bigger than life.
