Philander Hartwell Rainey, 92, passed away on December 13, 2012, while in residence at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove. Since the passing of his wife Pauline (Grumbine) Rainey, in 2005, he had resided at Country Meadows in Hershey. Until then, he was a life-long resident of Hummelstown....
Read MoreWith great sadness I read of Phil's passing. He was a tremendous friend to me and my family, and was always a joy (and laugh!) to be around. He did so many things for me, and others, just because he was such a nice person. Our wedding photos and drive were the best because of Phil. I will always fondly remember, and sadly miss, both Polly and Phil.
