Not sure what to say?

My sympathies go out to the family of Dr. Philip, as I just found out about his passing on my recent return to Jacksonville to see Dr. Mark for a check up. When I think of Dr. Philip, I instantly have a smile on my face - he always made me laugh with his humor and warmth.

Today I learned about the passing of our family's long time dentist, Dr. Phillip. In my opinion you could not find a more honest or kind man in this entire world. I once had what I thought was a toothache that turned out to be a sensitive tooth. Dr. abood gave me an on the spot appointment during his lunch break, handed me a tube of sensodyne toothpaste smiled patted me on the shoulder and sent me home without a charge. This was only one of the several times he went out of his way for me and...

Dr. Abood was one of the finest people I have ever known. I worked for him for 21 1/2 years. He taught me everything I know about dentistry. He was a kind and patient teacher. He had the answer to practically anything you can imagine asking. I have so many fond memories of him and I can close my eyes and still picture him standing there at my desk talking to me about the patients we were about to see. He was so kind to my family and took care of all of our dental needs throughout the years. I...

With deepest sympathy on the lost of your love one. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Pat, I just wanted you to know my thoughts and prayers are wth you. I remember the sale in Mandarin many years ago. Phillip was very blessed to have you for his wife through the years. God bless you. Beverly Brandenburger

We went to Dr Abood from the time we arrived in Jax in 1967 until his retirement and always appreciated his prefessionalism and efficiency. I was especially touched when he went to the nursing home where my mom was to care for a broken tooth...a house call in this day and age!! He was a very nice man and I know his family will miss him.

Mrs Abood and family
We were so saddened to hear of Dr Abood's passing. We saw Dr. William yesterday and he informed us of his nephew's death.
Please be assured we will pray for you all and if we can do anything for you let us know. May his memory be cherished.

To the family and friends of Dr. Philip Abood,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I have thought about him and his loved ones since I worked for him. I was a dental hygienist for him from March 26, 2001 until October 2005. He was a good man and a good employer. He will be missed.

Dear Drs. Mark & Theresa,

My deepest condolences to you and your family. I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. I didn't know him long but I do remember the meetings that he attended. My love, thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Sincerely,
Betty - Jacksonville Dental Society
