Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs Albert and the Albert Family,

We are so very sorry to hear of Phils passing. Please accept our sincere condolences on this saddest of days.

I wish to express to you the gratitude and good fortune I have had to spend so much time with Phil. Under the circumstances I am not sure that he would feel the same in dealing with my fathers estate. I was a very young man when my father passed and I thank God that I had an individual of Phils' integrity to put my trust....

Dear Dorothy and Family,
Out-of-town, I learned of Phil's passing. I extend my heartfelt condolences. He will be remembered as a consummate lawyer by those of us who knew him as a tireless, brilliant practitioner, a human being that was as close to a Renaissance man as there could be while still being modern and contemporary in his thinking. I relished the times we spent together.

He loved his family-his children and grandchildren. The two of you were attached at the hip,...

Philip Albert was a very dear, gentle and kind friend for many years to my family. A common bond was long ago established between Philip and my father as they were both law clerks to Judge Forman. Our thoughts are with Dorothy, Rick, Ellen, and Karen at this sad time.

Dear Dorothy,

Was sorry to learn of your loss and wanted to offer my condolences to you and your family. I recall a conversation I had with Phil following an event during which he spoke of your son-in-law's private conversion and how honored he was that he did so and how much it meant to him.

May his memory be for a blessing.

To the family of Mr. Albert, I offer my sincere condolences. I only met him two years ago at the Trenton Public Library Board of Trustees meetings. I was very impressed with his thoughtful insights and committment to library services for Trenton's citizenry.
