Phil was a wonderful neighbor to us here in Naples. More than once he cared for our dog (who loved Phil so much that he routinely risked being naughty by crossing the road to sneak over to Phil's porch where he was treated to dog biscuits covered in peanut butter), our cats and even our chickens while we were away.
