Not sure what to say?

my condolences goes out to the family and friends of Mr. Anderson. Death is difficult to endure, especially when its the death of a loved one. We all look forward to the time when death and sickness will be no more. Until then, may the many prayers and words of encouragement be a source of comfort to both the family and friends.

I was very sorry to hear that "fighting Phil" passed away. I worked side by side with Phil when the Local Property Tax Bureau was initially started. After I left the Bureau, he became associated with my real estate firm (Tighue Realty). We used to call him "fighting Phil" because as I'm sure you know he was never afraid to fight for what he thought was right. Although I have not seen him in many years, he was a great guy, and will be missed. Sorry for your loss.
