So very sorry for your loss. I only met Phil once, but he left me with the impression there was nothing he wouldn't do to help someone else!

It has been many years but I will miss seeing you around town and CT Phil. You always had a smile, warmth and good stories to share, and have left an envious legacy. Rest in peace sir. My deepest condolences to Michael, Liz, Philip Jr. Robert and families. Your are all good people and a testament to your family's strength and tenacity. I am sorry I will miss the service as I am in Florida now. God bless

Phil was a pioneer in his field. He did much to benefit Middletown and it's citizens. He persevered through many difficulties to accomplish his goals. His innovative spirit will be missed.
