Dear Ballinger family,
Please accept my deepest condolences on Phil's passing. I had the honor and pleasure of traveling with him in Switzerland when he was Chamber President and watching and listening to him selling Sumter with excitement, enthusiasm and passion. His surely was a life well lived!
