Not sure what to say?

Phil was the kind of person I aspire to be. I am honored to have known him, and to witness his love for Rusty and his commitment to making the world a better place.

My dad was a CJ Professor at Sac State as well as Chief of Police at Cal Expo and after reading the obituary, they worked during the same time period. All my best to you and yours as you grieve.
