Phil was one of the most sincere, honest, and hardworking men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Phils' dedication and loyalty to his colleages was exemplary and unequalled. Phil could always be counted on the make the best of a bad situation. His sense of humor was infectious; he could have a whole room laughing with one quick comment.

Phils passing is a shock to us and we will miss him deeply. Please accept our sincerest condolences during this solemn occasion....
