I´m shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Phil´s passing. Although it´s been many years and many miles since I´ve seen him, my memories of Phil will always be of a joyful, fun loving, and of a deeply empathetic and sincerely caring man. Tracey, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. The world has lost a shining light.

I will always remember Phil´s kindness to me as a neighborhood kid and as I grew up. It meant a great deal to me!

Phil brought light to all that knew him. His positive spirit and kindness was evident in every interaction I had with him during his tenure with Seacoast. He will be terribly missed!
