I´m shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Phil´s passing. Although it´s been many years and many miles since I´ve seen him, my memories of Phil will always be of a joyful, fun loving, and of a deeply empathetic and sincerely caring man. Tracey, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. The world has lost a shining light.

I will always remember Phil´s kindness to me as a neighborhood kid and as I grew up. It meant a great deal to me!

Phil brought light to all that knew him. His positive spirit and kindness was evident in every interaction I had with him during his tenure with Seacoast. He will be terribly missed! My thoughts, prayers, and sincerest condolences to the beautiful family that is left behind. May God pour out His peace and comfort during your journey through grief. Julie
