Phil was one of my best friend in our neighborhood. My Fondest memories of Phil include those times we would meet at the intersection between our two houses in the early morning just before going to work, Phil would have his two dogs, sometimes one of them was in a stroller, when they didn't feel like walking. Oftentimes his two youngest daughters were with him. Phil was patient and cheerful with all of them. My dog Cookie, at least, didn't bark at Phils dogs. We chatted and then another...
