Philip Blacklocke

I am deeply saddened by Phillip's passing. I graduated from Bishop England in 1969, the same class with Phillip. In January, 1968, I was involved in a horrible, freak accident and it was Phillip who was kind enough to rush me to St. Francis hospital. I will always remember Phillip as that kindly, good Samaritan. Patrick Smith, BE Class of 1969
