Not sure what to say?

Sincere sympathy to Phil's family. In 1984, a man pulled up to my retired father-in-law's home in North Missouri and introduced himself as Phil Blair, a co-pilot who served with his brother, Howard Head, who was killed in action in 1944. Phil asked if he would like to know the circumstances of his service and death, which affected Phil greatly. Our deepest and most sincere sympathies to the Phil & Jean Blair Family. Phil & Jean have been our dear next door neighbors for over 50 years, We will miss those over the fence backyard sessions! Our prayers are with you and we share in your sorrow. We will miss all the Evergreen School District memories and may the peace and grace of God give you comfort forever.
We love you. Ralph & Lawana Phares & Families

To the Blair Family: We have lost another of our great alumni from Union High School. I have been blessed over the years to get to know these alumni and Phil was always one to support us. He will be missed but will be remembered at the next picnic. Our thoughts and prayers go to the Blair Family.

My thoughts and memories are with you all.Your Dad was quite the man, father and husband. I hope you all are doing well as that is what your father would have wanted I'm sure. My sympathy goes out to you and wishes that the great memories will sustain you through this.

It was a pleasant six years that I rented a duplex from Phil on Fairmount St. Whenever I needed anything he was right there and he even made a few improvements while I was there~~never raised my rent once. Phil and I had some good conversations and he often accepted an invitation for coffee when he came by to mow the lawn. Thanks, Phil!
