It's hard to accept that my old friend is gone. It's been 64 years since we met, on our way to start life at Northeastern Univ. I wondered who is this guy with such a wonderful bizarre sense of humor. "Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men?.....the schmatti knows!" I will miss the schmatti but he has left me a lot of good memories.

Phil and I have been the closest of friends and business associates for 51 years. We phoned and Emailed almost daily... his passing leaves an empty place in my day and my life. My condolences to his loving family. He will be sorely missed.

Our deepest condolences to Phil's family. For many years, we were neighbors of Phil's in Framingham, and he and become friends and frequently walked our dogs together. We stayed in touch regularly by email since we moved. I will miss him and his wonderful graphic designs for all the holidays.
