The Breen Family, Your Dad was a good friend and a gentleman first class. So proud of his family and especially those G. daughters. A pleasure to know him and work with him for many yrs. at S.C. May you soar with the angels Phil and meet up with your Dear Romy. R.I.P.

Your dad was a great guy and he was very proud of all of you. Phil was a terrific Assistant Clerk at the Superior Court. It was my honor to work with him and call him my friend.
