Sad to see an old friend has passed. I knew Phil back in the 60"s when the gang used to hang out at his Mom and Pops store in Harahan. He was a lovable character then and apparently never changed. I'm sure he will be greatly missed.

Kim and each of Phil's brothers and sisters: My heart breaks over the loss of our dear cousin, Philip. His kindness and love over the many years will never be forgotten. How many times he came to get me to see our family have been sincerely appreciated. The fun times getting together will always be treasured. My prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. Kim, we are so very sorry. Phil was the nicest gentleman around. From all our days and evenings spent hanging at Sammy´s to our hanging in New Orleans, he was always fun. A good man gone to soon. Love to you at this hard time and for his family members.
