I am so sorry to read of Philip´s illness and passing. A very kind and gentle intellect. Condolences to Lisa and Philip´s children.

I just learned the sad news of Phil's passing. Please accept my sincere condolences. Phil was a lovely kind and thoughtful person and I will include you all in my prayers

I just learned of Phil´s passing. We worked together at DCA for several years and became great friends there. He was one of the kindest and smartest men I ever knew. The world was a better place when he was alive and now he will be missed.

We learned late of Phil´s passing and are much saddened by the news. Phil lived life with equanimity. The strength of his gentle spirit and loving-kindness permeated everything he did. Phil was a blessing to all who knew him. His example inspired us to be and do better. We will remember him with highest esteem. Our love and deepest sympathy, to Lisa, Tyler, Spencer, Bryce and extended family

Worked with Phil many moon´s ago at the City of Trenton. A true gentleman and intellect.

Dear Lisa and Family, I want to express my sincere condolences for the tremendous loss of an amazing, amazing person such as Phil. I hold you all deep in my heart and I am very proud to have met Phil once or twice and to have visited your beautiful, beautiful home. I hope to visit again soon. With so much love, Erica Rodriguez

May you find peace and joy in your memories of Phil. He was a good man who touched many lives.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
