   Mr. Philip Keith Chandler age 69 of Collins Rd. Blairsville passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday October 11, 2023 following an extended illness. Mr. Chandler was born on May 4, 1954 in Atlanta, GA., the son of the late John Chandler and the late Bernese Smith Chandler. Phillip loved fishing, hunting, painting and spending time with his grandsons. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle. He was preceded in death by his parents and also a sister, Lisa Chandler who passed away in 2021. Mr. Chandler was of the Baptist faith.


   Surviving Mr. Chandler are his loving wife and best friend Jodi Conley of Blairsville, one son and daughter in law, Nathaniel and Jessica Chandler of Blairsville, two grandsons, Liam and Owen Chandler, nephews and nieces, Luke and Stephanie Martin of Winder, Daniel and Tiffany Martin of Winder, many other relatives and friends also survive.


   A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the American Cancer Society for research in Phillip’s memory.
