I am so shocked and saddened by Phil's sudden passing. He was my attorney, a superb attorney, but he always treated me like a friend, with tremendous kindness and warmth. He always took the time to answer my concerns, explain what was going on, and help me fight the good fight, even if it wasn't a million dollar case. I will miss him tremendously.

In fact, Phil believed it his duty to serve himself last. Not because he believed he deserved less, but because he believed that his own good fortune obligated...

Phil was a wonderful human being, caring, super bright and funny. He always lifted my spirits. We were lucky to spend time with him two days before his passing and we had such a good time. Taken from us too soon, our deepest sympathy to Phil's family and friends.
