Not sure what to say?

My condolence to Mary, Rebecca and Jonathan. Phil was a great man and will be truly missed.

Phil was a devoted friend to the Montauk Club of Park Slope and will be deeply missed by its members.

A very likeable and helpful guy. RIP. The bed of heaven to you.

I am so shocked and saddened by Phil's sudden passing. He was my attorney, a superb attorney, but he always treated me like a friend, with tremendous kindness and warmth. He always took the time to answer my concerns, explain what was going on, and help me fight the good fight, even if it wasn't a million dollar case. I will miss him tremendously.

If his client had to meet an unkind fate, Phil would always rush ahead to take whatever blows he could so that his client wouldn’t have to. He treated his family and friends the same way. In fact, Phil believed it his duty to serve himself last. Not because he believed he deserved less, but because he believed that his own good fortune obligated...

Phil was a wonderful human being, caring, super bright and funny. He always lifted my spirits. We were lucky to spend time with him two days before his passing and we had such a good time. Taken from us too soon, our deepest sympathy to Phil's family and friends.
