Not sure what to say?

Phillip was a classmate of mine both at St. John Baptist de la Salle and Gonzaga. I remember playing CYO baseball with him. He was a good pitcher. I'm sorry to hear of his passing.

Phil was one of a kind and the gentlest person one would be fortunate to know. He was a part of our lives and his and LiLi's visits were always welcome and a joy. Phil loved nature and never missed an opportunity to walk the forests in Connecticut. We first knew Phil when he worked at the Mansfield Training school and learned sign language from our daughter. We will miss his calls and most of all, a dear friend.

Phil was a great friend and classmate during our time at Gonzaga. My condolences to his family and my prayers for all who will miss the kind and gentle hearted person I remember him to be.

I was saddened to learn of Phil's passing. He was a good friend during our years together at Gonzaga. Though I lost track of him during our college years, I have memories of him as a really good guy. He and his family will be in my prayers. Bob Dalton Partlow, VA

Sending loving thoughts and sympathy to Li Li , as well as to Phillip's dear mother, his siblings and their families, and all whose lives he touched as we mourn his passing.

Our deepest sympathy to Li Li and the Clark Family. We have been neighbors for the past few years and always enjoyed our interactions with Phil and Li Li. We will miss his friendship and kindness. He was a great man and we are glad to have shared some time with him. Jenny and Josh Floyd

My deepest sympathy to Li Li and the entire Clark family. I met Phil on the Baker Park tennis courts around 1980. Phil was an outgoing and all round good guy. I reconnected with Phil last year while visiting Frederick. We had a nice visit and he introduced me to his wife and showed me his home. He will be missed.
