Phil was not only a best friend but a big part of the family. When he was only 13, Phil joined us as one of the Foy boys. No one knows you like an old friend... that special person who is still a big part of who we are today. What wonderful memories of such a great, loving guy.

To Jo-Ann and the kids...our hearts go out to you. Phil has definitely touched you the most. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are right there with you and will continue to be.

Jo Ann and family, My family and I will always hold a special place in our hearts for Phil, He was a dear friend to me before and after I lost my Dad. May you rest in peace old friend. God Bless

I am so very sorry for your loss. Phil was a great man. I did not personally know him well, but my late husband did and I remember all the stories he told of him. May he rest in peace. May you find comfort in knowing he was a loved man by many.
