Not sure what to say?

I was a fraternity brother of Phil's at Dickinson College and he was a real person and an inspiration to everyone around him. I learned a lot from him and will always treasure our friendship. RIP Brother

Dear Family of Phil:
I was honored to know Phil from Edgewood and Calvary Camp. He was truly an inspiration. I always remembered him in the Edgewood High School plays and the fun times at Calvary Camp. He will be missed greatly. May God Bless his entire family and may he rest in peace.

Extending my deepest sympathies to the Conrad family on the passing of Phil. My thoughts and prayers go out to you during this very difficult time. I'm grateful to have known him growing up in Edgewood. He'll be greatly missed.

We are all so shocked and saddened by the loss of Phil though no doubt he's in a place of healing now, if that is of any comfort. Please keep in mind the many thoughts and prayers that continue to be with you all as you grieve the loss of a wonderful brother, husband, father and son. Please keep us posted on the service in Pittsburgh--I'd definitely like to be there if possible.
Fondly,
Jenny (Clouse) Gardiner

My ( broken) heart and prayers to Sally, Olivia, Bennett, David, Jamie, Mrs. Conrad, Jeff and the staggering number of devastated folks across the nation. I will always remember running around Calvary Camp with Phil and pulling pranks such as shaving cream battles and running unmentionables up the flagpole. Phil was the ultimate Christian, camper, friend, husband, Daddy, son, brother, mentor and the list goes on and on. I am beyond grateful that, through his illness, Phil brought us all...

Phil's childhood desire to connect with people, to stay positive, and to give everything he had to everything he did never seemed to leave him. I am so grateful to have reconnected with him and so sorry to have lost him. He truly was a gift from God and I am sure he made God mighty proud. Prayers of comfort for Margaret, Jamie, David, Sally, Bennett, Olivia, Jeff, and everyone else who loved him.

Dear Conrads near and far,

Although I have not had the privilege to meet Sally, Bennett and Olivia, I have been part of a truly incredible showing of love and support for a family I hold dear to my heart.

Jamie and I have been friends for 40+ years through Calvary Camp and I am absolutely blown away by the mass of support brought together by Team Conrad on Facebook and the work of people like Kathi Taymans McShane.

I plan to be at the Pittsburgh Celebration...

We will miss our friend. We will always remember his life and we will always honor him. Conrad family our thoughts and love is with you all.
Denise and Donny

Sally, Bennett and Olivia: May the grace, comfort and peace of our Lord bless you and keep you, now and always.

You are in my heart and mind....
