Dear Frank, Rocco and Wayne,
Just today I learned of Phil's passing and was deeply saddened by it. Frankie, I have fond memories of your big brother. I will always remember how he treated me with friendship and respect because of our friendship. He will be greatly missed.

I extend my love and prayers at this time of lose.

Dear Kathy, Phil and Kaitlyn,
I have just learned of Phil's passing... may you feel God's love embracing you today... The same love and inspiration that Phil embraced those around him with.
I always admired Phil for his courage and am thankful to him for the lessons in life he shared with me. I am blessed to have met him and been a very small part of caring for him during his positive spirited fight for life!
You were always by his side and he talked about you all...

With deepest sympathy to the Costabile family.

Kathy, I am so sorry for your loss. Though I never got to personally meet Phil, I got to know him through our conversations in the waiting room at Montefiore. I'm so glad that you shared his life with us by allowing us to view the beautiful photo album that your daughter made. You were a source of strength for Patty and I as we faced Maddie's liver transplant and recovery. God bless you and your children and the memory of a very special man. P.S. my first name is really Dan. I just...

Dear Kathy and children,
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Take care of yourself, remember Phil is looking down to see you and always in your heart. God Bless
Always in my thoughts Joan Dougherty

Kathy, Philip, Kaitlyn, We remember with reverence, your husband and father. He was so courageous and a real inspiration. We were just remembering you all a couple of weeks ago when we were thinking about how we used to baby sit you "kids". Though we were so saddened to hear this news last week, we take joy in knowing that Phil is in heaven and has brought so much joy and happiness to all who knew him. With Love,
Michael and April Socher

Mrs. Costabile, Phil, and Kate,

You're family has always been so welcoming and warm to me. Mr. C always put a smile on my face when I visited and I am grateful for that. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers always.
Love,
Tiffany Miller
