Phil was a sweet man, who never missed a moment to very quietly make a witty comment to make us all laugh! Even when we didn't think he was listening, Phil was right there to make a smart comment. He enriched our lives with his gentleness and quiet presence. Phil will be missed and our sympathy is with his dear family.
