Read MoreI loved Phil from the first time I ever met him, despite that being a very brief encounter. It was really obvious that Phil was a precious gem amongst all of us. I wish I had been able to spend more time with him, and I am so , so sorry about his death for every one that had the gift of knowing him. My condolences to his family and a deep gratitude for bringing Phil into our lives.

Dear Dikeman Family,
I worked closely with Phil through the National Flute Association. He was an absolutely lovely human being. I was completely shocked by his passing and I want to send my deepest condolences to all that loved him. He will be sorely missed.
