Doris and family,

I am one of the many persons that had the pleasure of working with Phil at the VA. He was a true individual, a man of integrity and intelligence. He made a difference - the world is truly a better place because of his influence.

Doris and Family,
It was so nice to meet all of you in person on Saturday. The service was very nice....everyone continues to talk about it.... It touched everyone.
We miss Phil, personally and professionally. He was a special person - and we are fortunate to have had the opportunity to work and be friends with him.
Best Regards,
Jennifer Treger
