We went to high school with Philip and are so sorry to hear of his passing. He was always so kind and caring and as some have said "A true gentleman". He will truly be missed by many. Ann and Hootie Hutson.

Mrs Dutart, I am sorry for your loss...your husband was considerate, kind, and considerate man, i consider it a privilidge to have worked with him from 1994 till he retired from us customs...unfortunately I as well as others will not be in attendence due to the fact that we only found out about it the day of the funeral.....again, my condolences and sorry for your loss
