Dear Eppley Family,

On behalf of the Chinese people, I would like to thank Mr. Eppley for his heroic service in China during WWII. The Chinese people are forever in his debt. He will be missed dearly by us all.

TO ALL OF THE EPPLEY FAMILY:
So sorry to see the passing of a great man we all knew as Uncle Phil. Brings back the loving memories when we were kids growing up to visit Uncle Walter at his farm and to visit Uncle Phils farm.
I know we are cousins, but since Mom and Daddy (Robert and Reda Eppley) always said Uncle Phil, we adopted that name as well. Yes those were the days and we three sisters will always remember him...Sorry we can not be with you at this time.

Dear Eppley Family - I knew Mr. Eppley when I worked in a secretarial service downtown and would type many of his farm appraisals. He was always a happy and kind person I enjoyed talking to. He will be missed by all. My deepest sympathies to your family at this time.

I worked with your Dad in 1987 at Century 21 Cauchon Beddia office on Queen Street. He was always willing to give advice and guidence to me as I was learning the Real Eatate business. Phil was indeed a great person, always smiling, I met Phil many years ago when I was showing one of his listings. He was indeed an asset to the Real Estate profession. I offer my deepest sympathy to the family.
