So sorry to see the passing of a great man we all knew as Uncle Phil. Brings back the loving memories when we were kids growing up to visit Uncle Walter at his farm and to visit Uncle Phils farm.
I know we are cousins, but since Mom and Daddy (Robert and Reda Eppley) always said Uncle Phil, we adopted that name as well. Yes those were the days and we three sisters will always remember him...Sorry we can not be with you at this time.

I worked with your Dad in 1987 at Century 21 Cauchon Beddia office on Queen Street. He was always willing to give advice and guidence to me as I was learning the Real Eatate business.
