Phil Feather served his Country and community with dignity. May he rest in peace. Lord please also bless and his wife Judy and their Children. Amen It's tough to have two Democratic county commissioners in office at the same time. It only ever happened once in Lebanon's history. Even so, we worked together on elections. He would crack jokes that made people laugh. But my favorite memory of Phil was in the recent past when Phil and Judy were dancing at the Allen Theater. This was only...

Judy, we are so sorry to hear about Ken. It is difficult to accept that someone that's been part of your life for so long will no longer be there. However, you have all the beautiful memories of your lives together. Our prayer's hopefully will add to your strength to move forward knowing that he is at peace and once more united with those that have gone on before.
