He is now with his wonderful wife of 49 yrs and they are both together

My deepest condolences

One of the nicest people ever, Always loved my chats with him at the Elks Lodge, I always called him Prince Phillip and he was a true life Prince. Going to miss this one.

Will miss him stopping by the Elks with Bev on the weekends. He always had something positive to say and helped make my day a little easier if something was bothering me with his encouraging words. He will truly be missed

Phil was such a wonderful and caring true friend. I knew him back in the days from the North Miami Elks where my father and Phil were very involved. As I was growing up, I remember spending many days and nights at the club whether it was for Friday night dinners, holiday functions, charity fund raisers, etc. Phil always made a point to call my father every few weeks to see how he was doing, particularly after we all moved up to Broward. Phil was so full of life and loved his Family. Being together with his girls, his grands, and his great-grands at Holidays brought twinkle to his eye and he never missed an opportunity to enjoy life.
