Not sure what to say?

Philip had an irrepressibly happy demeanor and outlook on life. Another day, something new to learn, to play with or take apart and reassemble. Such a positive person, he was. And he did things so early in his life. He was grown up long before others but still had a playful twinkle in his eye. And I was only privy to his personality really in high school. He built a robot in 10th grade I recall. His French teacher referred to Monsieur Fleck´s "row-bo." His presence and personality and...

Such a brilliant guy. Loved having fun. He was a good friend but very independent. He is missed, I'm sure, by many people.

My prayers go out to the entire fleck family during this time of need. I solely enjoyed every opportunity that I had to be around phil he was such a knowledgeable and down to earth person! I really enjoyed being able to work for him hauling some of his favorite vehicles around, he really loved those cars! He is one person I will never forget. May he be at peace.
God bless you all!

Judy and family, my heart goes out to you all with sincerest sympathy- and prayers for strength to help you through this difficult time .
My deepest condolences,

I worked for Arrow International from 1990 to 2002 at the Wyomissing offices. I just remember Phil as a wonderful man who was personable and always had a genuine smile on his face. So very sorry to hear of his passing. Keeping Phil and his family in my thoughts and prayers.

Phil was one of kindest and best humored person I have ever known. Beyond all of his numerous business accomplishments he was one of the most human people in the world. He is already missed greatly around the world.

Hi Judy and family, via Chris Mennone (Arrow) I heard that Phil passed away. Shocking news I can tell. We, Brigit and I, wish you and your family all needed strength to deal with missing Phil. Good and remarkable memories we have from those years together at the ARROW time.
Stay safe,

Brigit and Marcel Jacobs

Phil was great fun to be with in high school. He worked hard and he had an inquiring mind and a good heart. He had great joy for life and boundless self-confidence. But the guy had so many interests and on such a deep level— he was truly an engineering powerhouse, even as a teenager. Senior year he built a robot. . . in 1962!! He was way ahead of his time. Big hugs and sincere condolences to all who loved him. He was a good friend and a unique guy. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace.
