Phil,
Our visits were brief but it was always fun to be around you. Your love of family and life were a testament to your goodness. I'm sure Heaven is filled with much joy and laughter since your arrival!

I entered the NYPD in 1957 but during those years I knew Phil Foran, I was a young kid on the block. I remember going to the fights at Madisn Square Garden with the master. His obituary got him right. While it has been many decades since I last saw Phil, I still remember him. He not only impressed me with his job skills but I enjoyed his company. May he rest in peace.
