Not sure what to say?

Awww, I'm so sorry to hear this... Mr. Formicola was my parole officer in March 2002, a very understanding, helpful, funny, caring and non-judgmental man who told me to..." Just follow the rules and everything will be fine". He helped me thru a tough time when there was no one else to assist me and I will never forget the impact of his selflessness. I will never forget you Mr. Formicola. Thank for giving me a chance to change my life. May you continue to rest peacefully sir.

Rest in peace, Will miss popping in and seeing you around. I will always remember our chats about our familys.

Just recently learned of the passing of my friend and fellow officer, Phil Formicola. Although we never worked the same unit, Phil and I shared many views on the police department activities, as well as some more personal interests. Phil was certainly one of the good guys, a gentleman, and a fun character. Go with God, good Buddy.

In Germany 1964

I just learned of Phil's passing. We were in the army together, two years in Germany. We shared many good times. I can't believe Phil is gone.

Phil...you were good people. I will think of you often.

Philly Phil, what a one of a kind, what great times we had at the afscme conventions and contract negotiations.I'll certainly miss your animated personality and wonderful sense of humor. Till we meet again God bless you and keep you in the palm of his hands. Paulie
