Not sure what to say?

Thank you! He was a gift from God! You were the guardian angel to my family.

Father Phil or as I knew him Mr. Gallagher, was my home room teacher at Powers Catholic in the mid 1970's. He was a friend to all, he didn't care if you were the most popular or the big jock, he was caring and personable to everyone on our campus, he was a great mentor and friend. He will be missed, my condolences to his family and close friends.

Our deepest sympathies to the Gallagher family. He will be missed but never forgotten. He was Loved By all.

Fr. Phil was associate pastor at my parish, St. John, Davison. He was a gifted homilist. The classes he taught were interesting and informative. As a person, Fr. Phil was blessed with a terrific sense of humor and a great personality. He counseled me at one point, and he was compassionate and most helpful, getting me through a tough time in my life. Condolences to his family and to all the parishioners and students he served so beautifully.

Phil was a gregarious, kind hearted, spiritual, and talented man. The world has been a better place with Phil in it. He will be missed and it is my hope that the inspiration and kindness he brought forth will be carried forward by all of us who were fortunate enough to have known him. My prayers and sympathies to his family.

Enjoued listening to and talking with Father Phil, a wonderful priest and friend.

Our condolences to Fr. Phil's family. We met him at St. Mark's in Goodrich where he cared deeply and was dedicated to his parishioners. Several years later, we called him to officiate at our daighter's wedding and he made it very special. We remember him fondly and are sorry to hear of his passing. May God hold him in the palm of His hand.

Phil, a life long friend and mentor, may God welcome you into paradise. He baptized our 3 children, some of our grandchildren, officiated at our daughter's wedding, and concelebrated Mike's funeral Mass. Memories will keep us all going forward without him. Thanks,Phil, for all of your dedication and especially for your love.
