Rest in peace Phil my condolences goes out to his son and family Phil was always smiling especially when he had his son visiting.
He was the kindness person I know and I'm glad I had the chance of meeting him as my neighbor seeing his beautiful blue eyes You will be missed Phil.

Phil thank you for showing me the ropes in the Meter Shop and taking me under your wing when I first started there thank you for being great friend and a boss you will be greatly missed may you rest in paradise.

Since my mother's maiden name was Gallagher, we always said we were brothers from a different mother. Phil was a great guy who was always quick to laugh and smile. He had a kind heart. I will miss him greatly.
