Phil will be missed by many of us who shared coffee and conversation at Lou's, later Cherry's restaurant in Jackson. He always had a friendly greeting and a witty comment. Phil was a man of integrity and kindness and his family can be proud of the memories he has left for all of his friends. My prayers and condolences are with you all.
