Not sure what to say?

To all of Phil's family, I send my deepest regrets. Patty and I have been friends since grade school and I spent many a night there having some up all night slumber party's. Phil and Rosalie were always so gracious to all of us kids. You could always tell that he was born to teach children, because he had the patience of a saint. God Bless All Of You. Always remember the happy times you had with him and know that he is with the Lord now and being taken very good care of.

Thank God for Phil!! He was so dedicated and inspired so many employees to do their utmost for the children of Illinois. He could make a bad day great just by his wonderful attitude. I knew him through the State Board of Education. God Bless You All!!

To Phil's family, Mike and I both worked with Phil at the Illinois State Board of Education and have many great memories of him. Phil was a true advocate for children and he had the utmost respect of all fortunate enough to work with him. He was a kind-hearted gentleman with a terrific sense of humor and we will always remember him fondly. We are sorry for your loss. Mike and Ann Lacopo
