Not sure what to say?

I worked with Chris the last few years and all I remember is his smile, laughter and kindness. It was an honor and pleasure to meet his lovely daughter Sarah. They had such a great connection and relationship! He was a true fighter and proves that attitude and positive thoughts really does make a huge difference in life. He definitely taught me that. His entire family and friends have a angel looking over them. Perhaps they are not really stars in the sky but rather openings where our loved...

Having just learned of the passing of Chris, I have many fond memories of him; from playing sports in high school, attending Becker College , being frat brothers and being roommates for one year. As the years passed I enjoyed seeing him at our class reunions, remembering the good old days. We were good friends and kept in touch for 50+ years. Deepest sympathy to the family and I will keep Chris in my prayers.

Chris,
I was only recently informed of your passing.
I'm 52 years old now and I still fondly remember many great times with you and my Dad when I was a very young boy. You and Marabeth were frequent visitors to our house on McDowell Rd when I was very young and were actually very influential in my life as a child.
I want to say 'Thank You' to you, Marabeth and your entire family for sharing your life with my family.

You will be missed.

I went to Portland High and Becker College with Chris. He was a good friend. He will be missed

For my strong, brave brother. Always a great big beautiful smile and the loudest laugh in the room. I love him so much and will miss him terribly.

My deepest sympathy and prayers to the Gildersleeve family for losing this great fighter. I enjoyed many rounds both with Chris and against him and many wins with him on my side! I'm sure he is teeing it up in heaven and missing Sarah as his caddy by his side. I'm sure he was happy that his sox won one more time for him! Prayers be with you he will be missed.

I am so sorry to learn of Mr. Gildersleeve passing away. I will always remember him as a great softball coach, and going to DQ for a treat after games! -Sarah Jozus Blandford
