So sorry to learn of Phil's passing. I always admired his limitless energy and persistence to adapt to the many demands and stressors of AT&T during our tiime at the IOC. He was a wealth of information and many times "saved the day" with his attention to detail and kind demeanor. We extend our sympathy to family and friends.
