Philip A. Gould

Please accept my sympathy in Phil´s passing. I worked with Phil over 30 years. Phil was the same as in his beautiful obituary. He was a good friend to me and those around us. Describing Phil in one word, "Class" in everything he did. I hope that fond memories may cushion your sorrow.

I worked with Phil at DET and later in coordination with another state agency. Phil was a sweet and kind man who was a true civil servant who went above and beyond to help others. I enjoyed seeing him at the mall when he retired walking with the Romeos (retired old men eating out). My condolences to Phil´s family and friends.

Philip and his mom were the sweetest and first neighbors we met when we moved in to our house across the street from them. Phil remained our dear friend after Maxine´s passing. He was the most kind, easy going person who loved a good laugh and always looked out for us. He lived a simple, genuine, family-centered life. We´re so sorry for your loss.
