Philip A. Gove

I worked with Phil many years ago at the Anaheim Union High School District Office. We had a little joke going, because whenever he came into my office, his first words always seemed to be, "I need a...." Therefore, we gave him the nickname Anita (or Aneeda). He was a wonderful, caring man and I'm happy to have known him.
