Not sure what to say?

I retired from the state recently, and as I cleaned up my desk, I found some old emails that I had saved- written by Phil. I was reminded how he was such a gentle person who never ruled with an iron fist. We could all use such a sweet man now.

I went to school with Phil, may he RIP and may God bless his family, so sorry for your loss, it looks as though he lived a great life, just too short!

I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. My condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear that Phil passed away. He was such a joy as a patient. I loved talking to him and listening to his ideas and knowledge about different topics. I will miss him! I can't imagine losing him as a husband and father! Sending you all my heartfelt gratitude that I got to know Phil!

Hi JoanMarie, been thinking about you. I'm saddened to hear of Phil's passing. Just hope you stay strong. May God look after you and the boys. Please take care. Love, Hsiao

Joan, boys, and family - words are hard to find during a difficult time like this. Please know you all are being thought of and being held up in prayer. May you eventually find peace with His guidance and in your memories of Phil. May the Lord continue to wrap his loving arms around you. ~Trish Moritz

My deepest sympathy to the Grow family. I always enjoyed seeing Phil on the 7th Floor of the Keystone Building at PennDOT. I worked with Phil on several bridge projects. We shared several stories about our kids. He always made you feel at ease during any conversation. True gentleman, professional, and loving father..

My deepest sympathy to the Grow family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
