Dr. Philip Kearny Hacker

Heartfelt sympathy to the family of Dr. Phil Hacker. Dr. Hacker was one of the kindest gentleman I ever met both in the work environment and as a patient. A true loss for all. I am so blessed to have known him. I will miss his gentle smile and jokes. RIP, you will never be forgotten. Deb Nowak

I join my nephew Kearny in knowing how we will miss Phil's stories. His memory for details always astounded me. In recent years we would have long phone sessions. I would just listen. It was wonderful! Three or so years ago Mary and Phil visited us here in Waveland, MS. What a wonderful memory! Phil would always call and check on us after hurricanes and other weather events. I will miss those calls, too. Bryan joins me in sending our love to Mary and the whole family.

I want to express my deep condolences to Mary and the rest of Phil's family. It is a bit familiar, having lost Phil, to what I felt when his cousin (my grandfather) Kearny Robert Sr. passed away. Both were engaging story tellers and after losing them I felt a longing to sit and listen to one more of their stories again. I quite sure his family has many to remember him by. I am sure his legacy will carry on with them and countless others he helped and enriched.
