Philip E. Haney

Phil was a dedicated, respected and professional Certified Public Accountant, committed to his clients, his church and public service. He never wished to retire entirely and achieved that goal!

Noteworthy accomplishments for a lifetime of excellent work included:
Phil received his CPA Certificate, #698, on March 5, 1959, from the Kansas State Board of Accountancy
Phil was admitted to the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants April 1, 1959.

I enjoyed a lengthy talk with Mr. Haney a few weeks ago at a 60th wedding anniversary reception for my aunt and uncle. Phil had been a church friend of my parent's for many years. I knew him to be a kind, gentle spirited man. I am certain he will be missed by many.

The world has lost a sweet, gentle spirited man. He always had a smile for you when you'd pass him in our office building. R.I.P. Mr. Haney

I say Mr. Haney in the hallway at work every day and he always had a smile and a wave. He will be missed.

I saw Mr. Haney almost everyday and he always had a tender smile. Will miss you Mr. Haney.

Rest in peace, my old friend. I never knew a more unassuming, honorable and gentle man. You will be missed.
