We were saddened to hear of Phil passing. I first met Phil in Nevada while I was just a teenager when he started to work for Gibbons & Reed in 1957 with my father Harold Higgins we enjoyed many years of friendship with him including 2 years at Spokane Washington and and later in Utah till his retirement .Phil was always fun to be around .He was a craftsman with his welding and every project that he worked on .
