Phil was my good neighbor for many years at Oak Ridge Retirement Apartments in Grand Rapids, MI. I remember him as very kind, caring, funny, sweet, and a true Christian. Phil is now in Heaven with his Lord and Savior. I also knew Julian Harrison as my neighbor as well; we all lived in the same hallway of the apartment building.
