Philip Warner Hodgkins

I continue to miss Phil and think of him and his beautiful spirit every day. I remember his love for his family and friends, his compassion, his integrity, his love of the natural world.

So sad to hear of Phil's passing. He was a devoted friend and neighbor of our family in North Searsport and befriended my son Christopher, who he shared his magazines and time with. Chris would care for the house when Phil was away on the tug..When we lost Chris to a car accident he was a broken as our family.
Very saddened to hear of his passing, God knows he was a really nice person. Sorry for the family's loss.

So sorry to hear about Phil's passing. We went to school together and lost touch after graduating. I hope you find some comfort in all the kind words from his friends. Phil was a unique individual and will be missed.

My heart goes out to all of Phil's family, and also grieves for the loss of a wonderful friend. Phil cared so much about everyone he knew, and most of all about each of his family members. He had a wonderful heart, and all of us who were privileged to know him will miss him so very much.

I have so many good memories of Phil and the world seemed a kinder and more gentle place with Phil in it. I know that words cannot express the sadness of losing Phil, but his beautiful spirit will live on in our memories.
