I met Phil in high school. We hadn't talked in quite some time. I randomly Googled him today and discovered he passed nearly 4 years ago. I am so sorry for his family's loss. I hope his wife and kids are well.

I will always remember Phil as the guy that other guys wanted to be. Intelligent, Handsome & Family Orientated. He was an artist on the grill and everyone who tasted his creations knew it. We attended the Reserve Sheriff's Academy together and I immediately recognized he was a star in his own rights. He will be missed by his brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement. God's Speed!

Wonderful man, he stayed at our house when he was a teenager. He fixed my can opener and did it with a smile. He was wonderful, good father, husband, hard worker and good friend to my son.
